Returns & refunds
Water bottles may be returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
For eligible returns qualifying for a full refund, we will refund the amount paid for both the bottle and the engraving applied to that bottle, even when purchased through separate listings. Return deadlines, return postage and any delivery-charge refunds are explained in our policy.

How to order
- Choose a bottle, tumbler or other drinkware product marked as eligible for engraving and add it to your basket.
- Add this design's engraving service to the same basket.
- Order one engraving service for each item you want engraved, then check out with both items together.
The drinkware and engraving prices are separate. This listing is the design-and-engraving service. No bottle, tumbler or downloadable design file is included on its own.
About the preview
The image shows the artwork only. Black areas indicate where the design is engraved; the finished mark is not necessarily black. Final colour, contrast, size and placement depend on your chosen drinkware, its coating and the available engraving area.
