Shipping Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how physical and digital products purchased from Quesbo® are delivered. Quesbo® is a trading name of Questbound Studios Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

1. Physical Products

Quesbo sells a range of physical products, which may include games, books, educational products, gifts and other creative products.

Some products are held in stock and dispatched directly or through a fulfilment partner. Other products, particularly certain books, may be printed or produced after an order is placed and dispatched directly by one of our printing or fulfilment partners. As a result, dispatch and delivery times may vary between products.

Where an order contains more than one product, the products may be produced or dispatched from different locations and may therefore arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not normally be charged additional delivery fees simply because we choose to split an order into multiple shipments, unless this was clearly disclosed before you placed your order.

2. Where We Deliver

The countries and regions to which we can deliver are determined by the delivery options available at checkout. Availability may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location and delivery provider.

If your country or delivery address cannot be selected at checkout, we are unable to accept an order for delivery to that location through our online store at that time.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.

3. Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery charges may vary according to destination, size and weight of the order, product type, fulfilment location and delivery service selected.

Where delivery is offered free of charge, any applicable conditions will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

4. Processing and Dispatch

We aim to process orders as quickly as reasonably possible. Products held in stock may be dispatched more quickly than products printed, manufactured or prepared following an order. Print-on-demand and made-to-order products require production time before dispatch.

Any delivery or dispatch times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates unless we expressly state that a particular date is guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the timeframe communicated to you.

Unless we have agreed a different delivery period with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

5. Delivery Estimates and Delays

Estimated delivery times may vary according to your destination and the fulfilment provider responsible for your order. Delivery may occasionally take longer because of postal or courier delays, customs processing, adverse weather, transport disruption, peak seasonal demand, strikes or industrial action, production delays or other events affecting our fulfilment or delivery partners.

If we become aware of a significant problem affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

If delivery is materially delayed beyond the timeframe originally communicated, please contact us at contact@quesbo.com. Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, you may have rights to require delivery within an additional reasonable period or to cancel the contract and receive a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law where goods are not delivered within an agreed or legally required timeframe.

6. Tracking

Where tracking is available for your order, tracking information may be provided by email after dispatch. Tracking availability depends upon the product, destination and delivery service used. Not every delivery service provides end-to-end tracking.

7. Separate Deliveries

An order containing multiple products may arrive in more than one delivery. This is particularly likely where an order contains a combination of Quesbo games or products held in stock, print-on-demand books, products manufactured by different partners or products fulfilled from different locations.

If you receive only part of your order, please check your dispatch emails before contacting us, as the remaining items may have been sent separately.

8. Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. Please check your delivery information carefully before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@quesbo.com. We will try to correct the address where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production, fulfilment or dispatch.

Reasonable additional delivery costs may apply where an order has to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied by the customer, provided the error was not caused by us.

9. Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us or our fulfilment partner because delivery could not be completed, we may contact you to arrange redelivery or another appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, reasonable additional delivery charges may apply before an item can be resent. This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Lost or Missing Orders

If your physical order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact contact@quesbo.com and provide your name, order number, delivery address and details of the missing item.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant fulfilment or delivery provider.

Where we are responsible for delivering goods to you, responsibility for the goods does not simply transfer to you when we hand them to our courier. Your statutory rights concerning delivery and risk remain unaffected.

11. Damaged Products

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@quesbo.com. We encourage you to contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can help resolve the issue; this does not limit your statutory rights.

Please include your order number, a description of the damage and photographs of the damaged product and, where relevant, its packaging. This information helps us investigate the problem and arrange an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

12. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs procedures, import taxes, duties or other charges may apply depending on the destination and the way in which the order is fulfilled.

Where such charges are not collected from you at checkout, you may be responsible for paying them to the relevant authority or delivery provider. Any applicable treatment may vary according to the destination and order.

Where applicable, customers should review any customs, tax or import information shown at checkout and may also wish to check local import requirements before ordering.

Nothing in this section changes any legal obligation that requires Quesbo to collect or account for a particular tax or charge.

13. Digital Products

Digital products do not require physical delivery. Where you purchase a digital product, such as an ebook, printable guide, activity or other downloadable file, access will normally be provided electronically following successful payment.

Digital products may be delivered through an order confirmation, an email containing a download link or another digital-delivery method identified during purchase.

Please ensure that the email address entered during checkout is correct. No physical product will be sent where a product is clearly identified as a digital download.

If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased digital product, contact contact@quesbo.com and include your order number.

14. Digital Download Cancellation Rights

Where applicable, before receiving immediate access to paid digital content, you may be asked to expressly consent to supply beginning during the normal cancellation period and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel.

Any statutory rights you have in relation to digital content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract are unaffected.

Please see our Refund & Returns Policy and Terms of Service for further information.

Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
