Choose the right xTool workflow

The download contains flexible artwork and cutting geometry for import into compatible software. The guide distinguishes four xTools models instead of treating every machine as a laser cutter.

• Original xTool M1: use a separate printer and the desktop Studio Print & blade cut workflow with compatible sticker stock. The 170 × 250 mm panel rotates to 250 × 170 mm, within the documented 269 × 182 mm printed-design region. Let the software manage printing and placement.
• xTool C1 Color Cutter: use its integrated inkjet and physical blade in the native Stickers & Labels workflow. Import the PNG artwork, inspect the generated boundary, choose the appropriate material and make a test. C1 guidance is based on the manufacturer's October 2026 documentation; it is not a completed hardware test.
• xTool M2: this model uses laser cutting, not a physical blade. Its optional CMYK inkjet module provides an in-machine Print then cut route when the complete material stack is suitable. The full-colour artwork prints; the outer vector contour cuts.
• xTool F2: the compact 108 mm panels fit geometrically within its standard 115 × 115 mm area. It has no colour printer or blade head. Use a separate printer, suitable materials and a verified positioning workflow.

For ordinary printable sticker media, scissors or a compatible physical blade cutter are the practical routes. Any laser process requires explicit suitability of the whole printed stack: face material, ink, coating, adhesive, liner and laminate. Never laser PVC, unknown films or unapproved adhesive stock. Follow the exact machine's instructions and operator requirements; the age range describes the artwork audience.

Sizes, printing and cut files

Individual SVG canvases are 60 × 60 mm with artwork up to 50 mm across. The themed 170 × 250 mm panels contain artwork up to approximately 45.8 mm; compact panels use artwork up to approximately 41.7 mm. PNG files alone do not define physical print size. Print the PDFs at 100% / Actual Size and check the 50 mm reference line.

The colour illustrations are high-resolution raster artwork; the cutting contours are vectors. Red cut paths are processing guides, not part of the printed design. Keep artwork and contour at the same scale, position and rotation. The A4/Letter PDFs are print layouts, not automatic machine-registration projects. No native .xs/.xcs project, universal preset or universal registration marks are included.

Digital download only. No physical stickers, paper, ink, printer or cutting machine is supplied. Unzip the complete download on a computer and keep its folders together.
