MISHA — Property Rivals
Buy. Build. Outplan.
Compete to build the highest-scoring neighbourhood in MISHA — Property Rivals, a colourful strategy card game for families and players aged 10+.
Secretly bid for plots, build Homes, Shops and Gardens, and turn clever combinations into valuable Districts. Match the required shapes and building types, manage your credits and watch your rivals’ plans.
On your turn, take two actions. Build something new, negotiate a trade, rearrange your properties or claim a District before another player gets there. Include exactly one Misha plot in a District to earn two bonus points!
After six rounds, the highest score wins. With no player elimination, everyone stays involved until the final count.
