Questbound Studios Ltd is the merchant and contracting party responsible for products purchased through the Quesbo online store, unless the relevant product page expressly states otherwise.

2. About Quesbo

Quesbo® is a UK creative brand offering products that may include physical games and card games; printed books and activity books; educational and learning materials; creative and craft resources; digital books, guides and downloads; free printable activities; and related Quesbo products and accessories.

Some physical products may be printed, manufactured or fulfilled by selected third-party partners.

The Quesbo online store is provided using Shopify's ecommerce platform. Shopify provides technology used to host the storefront, support checkout, process store activity and provide related ecommerce services.

The purchase contract for Quesbo products is between the customer and Questbound Studios Ltd, not Shopify. Shopify does not manufacture, sell or supply Quesbo products to customers unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Website Terms and Policies

Use of this website and purchases made through it are subject to the policies published on the Quesbo online store, including our Terms of Service, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Preferences and any product-specific terms or licence conditions displayed before purchase.

6. Product and Pricing Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, illustrations, specifications, availability and other information are accurate.

Product colours, dimensions, finishes and appearance may vary slightly because of screen and device settings, printing processes, manufacturing tolerances and normal production variation. Any variation will not materially alter the main characteristics of the product described at the time of purchase.

Images used to illustrate creative projects or finished craft results may be representative. Individual results may differ depending on materials, tools, techniques and skills used.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or made available through the store. The total amount payable, including delivery charges and taxes collected by us where applicable, will be shown before an order is completed.

Protected content may include the Quesbo name and logo; product and collection names; books and written content; characters and stories; artwork and illustrations; photographs and graphics; product packaging; craft designs and templates; worksheets and learning materials; downloadable files; website text and page layouts; videos and promotional materials; and the protectable artwork, written rules, graphical elements and other original expression embodied in Quesbo games.

Content may be viewed and used for normal personal shopping and product use. Unless expressly permitted by law or by a written licence supplied with a product, no person may copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, resell, upload, modify, translate, commercially exploit or create derivative commercial products from protected Quesbo content without prior written permission from Questbound Studios Ltd.

Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of the associated intellectual-property rights. Digital downloads are licensed for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use unless a different licence is expressly stated. Digital files must not be shared, redistributed, uploaded to file-sharing services, resold or reproduced for commercial purposes.

The appearance of a third-party name, trade mark, product or service on this website does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation. Third-party names and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only where reasonably necessary to identify a product, service, compatibility, source or subject matter.
